Excitement is building as the days count down to the Sydney Craft and Quilt Fair, 20th - 25th June 2018. I have decided to make the trip this year and will be exhibiting at stall G20. So needless to say there have been some super busy weeks with lots of cutting, folding and bundling. If you are going to the fair please pop by and say hello. The shop will be closed from Wednesday 20th June - Thursday 28th June. Internet orders will remain open, but will not be dispatched till Thursday 28th June.
My delivery man has been busy again bringing lots of new fabrics through the door. Larisa by Mary Koval, Sequoia by Edyta Sitar, Emma by Kathy Hall, Jo's Shirtings and Something Blue also by Edyta Sitar. There is a definite blue, teal and cream theme to the fabrics I have selected from these ranges.
At AQC I launched a brand new pattern called the Sarah Wistar Quilt, a beautiful new quilt designed by Megan Carroll. With 63 blocks in total this quilt offers lots of opportunity for fussy cutting and showcasing some of the beautiful fabrics you will have collected over the years. The blocks are eight inches square making them very achievable and very portable. If you like appliqué, I now have in stock a beautiful pattern designed by Corliss Searcey from Threadbear. The Auntie Tess quilt is a beautiful medallion syle quilt with a lovely centre appliqué. Again a lovely quilt you can make from your stashed fabrics.
I do hope you have time to sit and wonder around the pages of this site. I specialise in reproduction fabric and fabric suited to producing quilts from a past era. I strive to offer high quality fabric, tools and service so you in turn can make exquisite quilts for your family and friends to enjoy for many years to come. If there is anything you cannot find or need assistance with, please do not hesitate to drop me an email or give me a call. I am more than happy to take your order over the phone if on-line ordering is proving too difficult. Thanks for visiting, I do hope to see you again. Regards, Lenora.
