Shipping
Postage to an Australian Address: Orders to an Australian address typically ship within 24 hours with Australia Post. My mail leaves at 11.00am each morning, so if you are wanting something posted urgently please have your order in as early as you possibly can. Your postage will be worked out according to weight. If you have a discrepancy with the postage rate and believe a cheaper rate is available please send me an email and I will look into it. 

Postage to an International Address: We are happy to post to most international countries. International orders typically ship within 2-3 days. 

All orders are shipped in good faith, we take no responsibility for parcels that are lost or delayed in the mail, these situations are totally out of our control.

Refunds
Any goods wishing to be returned to the store must be accompanied by the original receipt, and within 14 days of purchase. Goods must be in original condition with packaging intact. Cut fabric will not be accepted for a refund, unless there is a manufacturing flaw. Books, patterns and printed material is also non returnable due to copyright laws, so please choose your items carefully. Elm Grove Patchwork will not accept any postage costs associated with the return of goods, unless the goods are found faulty or have been wrongly dispatched. All refunds will be made in the same manner in which payment was made.

Blocks of the Month and Monthly Clubs
When you sign up for a block of the month or a monthly club, we expect you have made a commitment to complete the full term of the club. Each month your credit card will be charged the allocated amount plus postage. Cancellations will only be accepted in special circumstances, and we reserve the right to charge one months fee to your credit card as a cancellation payment.

Colour Matching
We strive to ensure all product images entered on this site, are as close to the actual product as possible. However, with the vast variations in how screens display colour, we cannot guarantee the colours you see on your screen being an exact match to the actual colour of the product. If you require an exact match, or are uncertain of the suitability, please contact us and arrange for a sample to be posted to you. We do not accept refunds on cut fabric.
